Toronto Raptors' small forward Rudy Gay is listed as day-to-day after missing practice on Sunday. As tweeted by Josh Lewenberg, Toronto Raptors NBA Beat Reporter,

Gay played in the Raptors last game on  Friday against the Washington Wizards. He scored 17 points on 6 for 16 shooting from the floor and added 4 blocked shots.  The Raptors next game is tomorrow night against the Brooklyn Nets.  If Gay cannot play, expect Landry Fields and Steve Novak to share the minutes at small forward.

Fields, in his fourth season out of Stanford, is averaging 4.1 points and 3.4 rebounds, in 16.2 minutes per game.  Novak is in his eighth season out of Marquette and is averaging two points in nine minutes per game.

Gay was drafted by the Houston Rockets in the first round in 2006.  The eight-year veteran out of Connecticut is averaging 20.2 points and 7.3 rebounds per game this season. In 525 career games, Gay is averaging 18 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
