Miami Dolphins cornerback, Brent Grimes, injured his groin in last Sunday's win over the New England Patriots and fellow cornerback Nolan Carroll injured his knee. Marc Sessler of NFL.com reports that both cornerbacks should be ready for Sunday's matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
Grimes downplayed his injury, telling reporters, "It's
just nicks and stuff you get during the season.
I'm not getting into everything, but I'm good. There's no problem. I'll
be all right."
Grimes is having a solid year so far with 49 tackles and four
interceptions. Carroll meanwhile
has 38 tackles two interceptions and one sack.
The Fins are alive and well fighting hard for the sixth
playoff seed in the AFC going win-for-win with the Baltimore Ravens. Having Grimes and Carroll back and healthy
will only benefit Miami as they make their December playoff push.
Miami cannot afford any mistakes against the Bills as the New England Patriots battle with the Ravens on Sunday.
