Bucs injury report: Vincent Jackson, Mark Barron

By on 12/21/2013 04:30:00 PM

The Bucs and Rams have both played the role of spoiler down the stretch this season. Now they'll square off in Week 16 with nothing to spoil but draft position.

Receiver Vincent Jackson continues to recover from a hamstring injury, but hasn't missed any playing time because of it. He was able to participate in practice full and he's considered probable.

Defensive tackle Akeem Spence (wrist), guard Davin Joseph (knee) and linebacker Lavonte David (hamstring) also received their usual reps in practice and they're probable.

Starting strong safety Mark Barron has been limited by a hamstring injury in practice this week. Barron will be a questionable decision prior to kickoff Sunday.

Defensive end Da'Quan Bowers (knee) and guard Carl Nicks (foot) have been ruled out.

If Barron is unable to go, second-year safety Keith Tandy would be in line to get the start in the secondary that has remained stout against the pass, despite the team's up and down play. The Bucs are one behind Seattle for the league lead in interceptions this season, with 21 on the year.
