Chris Dempsey, NBA writer for the Denver Post, tweeted the following on Faried's status.
#Nuggets F Kenneth Faried (ankle) went through most of practice todayThe Nuggets started J.J. Hickson at power forward and used Darrell Arthur off the bench in Faried's absence. Hickson had seven points and eight rebounds, in 26 minutes. Arthur added two points, five rebounds and two assists, in 22 minutes. When Faried returns to the lineup, expect Arthur to be the odd man out in the rotation.
