The Milwaukee Bucks lost to the Denver Nuggets on Thursday night by the score of 101-90. The loss dropped the league worst Bucks to 10-44, 31 games behind the Indiana Pacers in the Central Division. The Bucks played without starting point guard Brandon Knight, who was out with a right heel laceration.

Andrew Gruman, writer for, tweeted the following before Thursday night's game, confirming Knight's status.
Knight cut his heel on a baseboard in the shower and should be considered questionable for Saturday's game against the Pacers. The Pacers went with Nate Wolters as the only guard in the starting lineup, along with three forwards and a center. O.J. Mayo and Giannis Antetokounmpo saw plenty of minutes off the bench.

Wolters had 12 points, five assists and two rebounds in 40 minutes against the Nuggets.  Antetokounmpo had 11 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals in 32 minutes. Mayo added 11 points and three rebounds in 23 minutes.

Knight is his third season out of Kentucky.  He spent his first two seasons with the Detroit Pistons and averaged 12.8 points and 3.8 assists as a rookie.  This season with the Bucks, Knight is averaging 16.7 points, five assists and 3.4 rebounds per game.
