Just a day after being suspended indefinitely for violating the league's substance abuse policy, Davis was arrested and charged with a DUI Thursday, according to Mike Jones of the Washington Post. Davis was pulled over and detained at 3:45 PM Thursday in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Thursday's arrest could very well be the final nail in the coffin of Davis' NFL career. After suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon in 2012, Davis had an extremely unproductive season in 2013, catching only seven passes in 10 games. Davis is set to become a free agent in March and given his recent series of off the field problems, it is hard to imagine a team taking a flyer on him.
