Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving injured his left bicep during the first quarter in their matchup against the Clippers tonight. He exited the game and headed to the locker room in second quarter. According to Joe Gabriele on Twitter he will not return to action tonight.

Irving exited the game with under three minutes to go in first quarter with the Cavaliers down 23-13. Irving had two points on 0-for-5 shooting with four rebounds and two assists. Expect Dion Waiters and Jarrett Jack to pick up a lot of minutes during the second half of tonight's game.
