The Denver Nuggets defeated the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday by the score of 118-109. The win was the second straight for the Nuggets to improve their record to 31-37 on the season. The Nuggets played without point guard Ty Lawson, who was out with an illness. Wilson Chandler was also out, resting his sore hip. But both players should be back in the lineup tonight when the Nuggets face the Dallas Mavericks.
