Cowboys' Lance Dunbar "100 percent" after surgery; ready for 2014 season

Dallas Cowboys running back Lance Dunbar said during a Monday interview with Jordan Ross from All 22 Breakdown that he feels 100 percent and is ready to go for the 2014 season. Last season Dunbar underwent surgery to repair a damaged posterolateral corner of his left knee, injury he sustained on November 28th against the Raiders.

Dunbar brings a different dynamic to the Cowboys and their explosive offense. Dallas ranked fifth last season in points scored with 439, with much of that coming from their improved running game. Dunbar is expected to remain as the number two back behind DeMarco Murray. And with him back to full health, expect his numbers to significantly increase from last season.
“I’d say that I’m at 100 percent. I’ve been able to do everything now for a couple of weeks without any restrictions. I’m feeling pretty good. I’d definitely say I’m 100 percent.” said Dunbar during the interview

Dunbar appeared in nine games last season for the Cowboys. He rushed for 150 yards on 30 attempts along with 59 receiving yards and zero touchdowns.

The Cowboys finished second in the NFC East last season with a record of 8-8. With a healthier and younger squad, they will try to improve off that mark as it has been the same now for three straight seasons.
