Shaw has been looking to return for the past few games. It looked promising that he was going to return for Game 2 but Head Coach Joel Queeneville made the decision to keep him out of the lineup and have him practice with the team more before he returns.

Shaw comes back to the Blackhawks just when they need him most. After an upsetting and discouraging 6-2 loss to the Los Angeles Kings in Game 2, the energy and grit that Shaw brings to the team will make a huge contribution for Game 3.

Shaw recorded 20 goals and 39 points in 80 games this season and has four points in seven playoff games. Look for Shaw in the lineup tonight as the Chicago Blackhawks battle against the Los Angeles Kings in Game 3 to try to take back the lead in the series.
