The Philadelphia Phillies capped off a four-game sweep of the Milwaukee Brewers with a 9-1 victory on Thursday. The win improved the Phillies to 41-51 on the season. Rookie David Buchanan picked up his 5th win of the season. Ryan Howard had a home run and three RBI, while Jimmy Rollins added two hits and two RBI. Center fielder Ben Revere was not in the starting lineup due to ankle soreness. Tony Gwynn Jr started in his place and went 0-for-5.

Matt Gelb, who covers the Phillies for The Philadelphia Inquirer, tweeted the following on Revere.
Revere's injury must not be too serious, as he entered the game late as a pinch runner and stayed in the game. He went 1-for-1 with a run scored.

Revere is batting .292 with a home run, 11 RBI and 26 stolen bases this season. Last year, he appeared in 88 games for the Phillies and batted ..305 with 22 stolen bases. Revere's a career .286 hitter with a home run, 92 RBI and 122 stolen bases.
