Rockies Injury Update: Brett Anderson rehab result

By on 7/03/2014 02:00:00 PM

Colorado Rockies lefty Brett Anderson pitched 3.2 innings giving up two hits and one walk while recording four strikeouts for Triple-A Colorado Springs as reported by MiLB's twitter account.

According to our own Rose Ingberman, Anderson had to undergo surgery on April 15, small pins were needed to be inserted to align the bones. He was placed on the 60-day disabled list. At that time, the Rockies called up Corey Dickerson.

Anderson is 0-2 this season with a 3.60 ERA, he has only pitched in three games. Since he has not had much Major League experience this year, he can turn those poor numbers around in no time.
