Miguel Cabrera left the game in the 4th inning and was replaced by Nick Castellanos. #Tigers

MLB.com's Jason Beck says that Cabrera may have aggravated an ankle problem that he has had for some time. Beck described it as "a chance at a much-desired infield hit turned into an aggravation of his injured right ankle." The look (pictured) on Cabrera's face shows the pain as he crossed the first base bag (video).
There is no word yet on the extent of the injury or if Cabrera will need to miss any significant time. White Sox beat writer Scott Merkin of MLB.com, though, said that the injury may be a little more serious than originally thought.
There was no way Cabrera could stay in the game after that last at-bat. He looks like he can't move. One tough individual to play through

With the Tigers fighting for both a division title and a wild card appearance, they cannot afford to lose their most productive hitter.
