Browns Injury Update: Ben Tate, Jordan Cameron

By on 9/11/2014 11:45:00 AM

Cleveland Browns running back Ben Tate and tight end Jordan Cameron were both banged up in week one, and it looks like the Browns will be without Tate on Sunday.

Cameron's status is still up in the air, David P. Woods from reports there is a good chance Jordan will be available on Sunday. Mary Kay Cabot reports on Twitter:

As for Tate, the news is not so good.

The good news for the Browns is rookie running back Terrance West played well in his debut rushing for 100 yards on 16 carries, and Isaiah Crowell punched in two touchdowns on the ground. Tate was signed from the Houston Texans to be the featured back for the first time in his career and it has to be a blow that he was injured week one.

As for Cameron, monitor his status throughout the weekend, and also following the game on Sunday. He has already injured the shoulder twice since the start of camp.
