By on 9/17/2014 10:30:00 AM

The Los Angeles Dodgers fell to the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday by the score of 10-4. Even with the loss, the Dodgers are 86-65 and hold a three game lead in the National League West. The Dodgers were without shortstop Hanley Ramirez, who was out with a strained right elbow. Justin Turner started in his place and went 3-for-4 with two RBI.

Ken Gurnick, who covers the Dodgers for, confirmed the status of Ramirez with this tweet.
It appears that Ramirez will also miss tonight's game, according to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register.

Ramirez, in his 10th Major League season, is batting .277 with 13 home runs and 69 RBI this season. The veteran shortstop has played for the Red Sox, Marlins and Dodgers and has a career batting average of .300 with 191 home runs, 652 RBI and 261 stolen bases.
