Ducks Injury Update: Shea Theodore suffers elbow injury, out 4-6 weeks

By on 9/25/2014 08:30:00 AM

The Anaheim Ducks are without Shea Theodore for the next 4-6 weeks. Theodore suffered an elbow injury and it will be a long recovery before he jumps on the ice again.

Theodore has been one of the most watched prospects for the Ducks training camp. He was the first round pick of 2013.

Theodore is missing the Ducks training camp. He was one of the prospects who had a chance of making it the furthest...even if he did not crack the NHL roster. With the injury it will be tougher to show what he can do.

Last season he played 70 games with the Seattle Thunderbirds (WHL). He scored 20 goals and had 79 points.

He also made his professional career debut playing eight games with the Norfolk Admirals.
