Jets Injury Report: Dee Milliner, Antonio Allen, Josh Bush

By on 9/07/2014 11:15:00 AM

The New York Jets play vs. the Oakland Raiders this week in a game that will probably be a defensive battle. It looks like they're going to be shorthanded defensively, though.

Starting cornerback Dee Milliner (ankle) has already been ruled out for the game. That will be a big blow to the team because they don't really have a number one cornerback after Milliner.

The team will have to look to Antonio Allen to start in his place, but Allen is on the injury report as well. He's ruled probable for the game (concussion). If Allen can't go it'll be a short list of names behind him.

A minor blow to the Jets' secondary will be Josh Bush who is ruled out for the game with a concussion. He's a reserve safety, but the Jets need everyone in the secondary healthy because of how depleted it is.

Besides these three players, the Jets are relatively healthy. This should allow us to see all their offensive weapons today, but the defense will be limited.
