Packers Injury Update: Richard Rodgers, Bryan Bulaga leave game

By on 9/04/2014 09:36:00 PM

UPDATE @ 9:05PM PST: Packers coach Mike McCarthy calls Bulaga's injury a "knee sprain", not expected to be major, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

UPDATE @ 8:51pm PST: TE Richard Rodgers returned to the game in the third quarter. His injury was described as a stinger.

UPDATE @ 7:23pm PST:  RT Bryan Bulaga will not be returning tonight. He has a knee injury.

Green Bay Packers TE Richard Rodgers and RT Bryan Bulaga left the game in the second quarter with unknown injuries. Both players walked off under their own power, but limping.

Both players are questionable to return, according to the Packers official Twitter.

Bulaga injured the same knee that he blew in 2013 training camp, forcing him to miss the entire season. Not good news for the Packers, who can't afford to lose many more offensive line pieces. He was replaced by Derek Sherrod, who was largely pushed around by an aggressive Seahawks front for the rest of the game.
