Patriots Injury Update: Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski

By on 9/06/2014 09:35:00 AM

The New England Patriots had a surprising member of their team on the injury report on Friday. Tom Brady was on there listed as questionable with a calf injury. That coming a day after he missed practice.

Rob Gronkowski had limited participation all week in practice, so it wasn't much of a shock that he was questionable for this week's game against the Dolphins.

It would be a shock to many if Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski didn't play on Sunday. There would have to be some major, major setbacks for both players not to play. The Patriots are known for being a little mischievous with their injury report anyways.

The things to really note here are that Brady might have a sore calf, which really isn't a big deal; and Gronk is working his way back still and will have his snaps limited.

There's not much to worry about right now in New England injury wise.

Maybe the football gods are repaying the Pats after they endured injuries all of last year. But who knows, it's early.
