Browns Injury Update: Alex Mack, Armonty Bryant out for remainder of game

Cleveland Browns center Alex Mack will be out for the remainder of the team's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team confirmed via Twitter.

Mack suffered a lower-leg injury after blocking on a run play for the Browns and was on the field for several minutes before being carted off.

The injury forced Mack to miss a snap for the first time in his career, which tallied 5,189 dating back to his first season in 2009. Guard John Greco moved over to replace Mack and Paul McQuistan took over for Greco at the guard spot.

Mack, who was later spotted wearing an air cast on his left leg, was not the only Brown to leave the game injured.

Defensive tackle Armonty Bryant, who started in place of Phil Taylor along the Browns' defensive line, sprained his knee and will not return to the game.

The Browns had used the same five starting offensive lineman for every snap this season.
