Jets Injury Report: Eric Decker, David Nelson, Chris Johnson

By on 10/16/2014 01:01:00 PM

The New York Jets have released the team's injury report for tonight's game against the New England Patriots. The playing status for some key offensive players are as follows.

Eric Decker
(Hamstring) was limited in practice on Monday and Tuesday. He was a full participant in Wednesday's practice and is (Probable) for tonight.

David Nelson (Ankle) was a limited participant in practice on Monday, but was a full participant for Tuesday and Wednesday's practices. The wide receiver is listed as (Probable) for tonight's game.

Chris Johnson (Ankle) was a full participant in practice all week. His status for to tonight is (Probable) against the Patriots.

The way things look now, the Jets will have all three players available on offense for tonight's game.
However, wide receiver Greg Salas did not practice this week and has been ruled out.

The Jets really need to turn their season around. The team has lost five straight games. The big problem is that they will play a red-hot Patriots team. The Jets' offense has been pretty lackluster all year and their defense has been bitten with the injury bug. They will have their hands full tonight against Tom Brady and company. Brady has been on a mission since his teams  embarrassment a few weeks ago against the Kansas City Chiefs.
