The Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Garnett did not participate in practice on Saturday and is doubtful for Sunday's game against his former team the Boston Celtics.

Kevin Garnett
Garnett did not attend practice because of a stomach problem, which is expected to keep him from playing in Sunday's match against the Celtics.

Garnett also missed Friday's practice because of the same stomach bug, hence it is a recurring issue.
Kevin Garnett joined the Nets last season in a nine-player, three-draft pick swap between the Nets and the Celtics. Last season, the 38-year-old power forward averaged 6.5 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game, having played 54 times for the Nets. His career average stands at 18.2 points per game and 10.7 rebounds per game.

The Nets have made a positive start to their 2014/15 pre-season, up 3-0 after the first three games. They defeated the Sacramento Kings 129-117 OT on Tuesday. The Nets finished 2nd in their division and 6th in the Eastern Conference last season, also reaching the conference semifinals in the Playoffs. At the moment, the Nets also have Alan Anderson and Brook Lopez sidelined with injuries.
