Blues Injury Update: Oshie back on the ice

By on 11/12/2014 12:39:00 PM

T.J. Oshie of the St. Louis Blues was at the Blues morning practice on Monday and skated for an hour and a half, according to STL Today.

The Blues center went on practice early with the goalies and stayed until the end of practice at 11:30. Oshie sustained a head injury during October 28th's game against the Dallas Stars, when Oshie got a concussion sliding into a goal post later in the game. Also out with Oshie was David Backes, who was hurt in the first period against the Stars after being hit by defenseman Trevor Daley. Both centers did not play October 30th's game against the Anaheim Ducks. Backes was cleared to return to the Blues and play on November 1st, while there is no official word on Oshie's return.

Oshie has only one point (one assist) so far this season.
