Broncos Injury Report: Montee Ball, Ronnie Hillman, Quinton Carter

By on 11/16/2014 07:00:00 AM

For the Denver Broncos every game is important, which is exactly why they’re currently 7 – 2 and leading the AFC West. This week they have the task of taking down the 3 – 6 St. Louis Rams. There is no question that tomorrow’s game will be the tale of two very different teams:

The Broncos’ final Week 11 Injury Report has nine players listed, although only RB Ronnie Hillman (foot) has been ruled ‘out’ for today’s game against the Rams. It also seems like the Broncos could be without the services of RB Virgil Green (knee). Much like Hillman, Green didn’t practice this week and is considered doubtful for today’s game.

Now for the good news, the players considered to be probable come tipoff: RB Montee Ball (groin), S Quinton Carter (knee), T Ryan Clady (groin), T Paul Cornick (shoulder), G Orlando Franklin (knee), LB Steven Johnson (ankle) and finally RB Juwan Thompson (knee). Of the seven players listed, Ball, Carter, Johnson and Thompson were able to participate in full drills all week while Cornick, Clady and Franklin were limited earlier in the week before finishing strong. Realistically on a team lead by Peyton Manning, if you can walk, you can play.

Tomorrow’s game against the Rams will begin at 1:00 PM EST at the Edward Jones Dome and can be seen on CBS, NFL RedZone and Sirius XM Radio. Honestly, do the Rams even have a shot against Manning and his Broncos this afternoon? I don’t see it.
