Colts Injury Report: Dwayne Allen, Trent Richardson, Greg Toler

By on 11/23/2014 12:34:00 PM

The Indianapolis Colts play host to the Jacksonville Jaguars today in a battle of AFC South rivals. The Colts are coming off an embarrassing 42-20 loss to the New England Patriots last week and will be looking to get back on track today.

Luckily the Colts have the 1-9 Jaguars to take out their frustrations from last week on today. However, the Colts could be missing some key players on the field today due to injury. Let's find out who's in and who's out in this week's injury report.

The most notable scratch from today's game is tight end Dwayne Allen. Allen missed practice this week with a high-ankle sprain and will not play. This means fellow tight end Coby Fleener will once again be called upon to step up in Allen's absence.

Also ruled out for today is offensive tackle Gosder Cherilus. Cherilus was held out of practice this week with a shoulder injury. Rounding out the scratches from today's game is cornerback Greg Toler who missed practice this week with a concussion.

Running back Trent Richardson missed practice Wednesday due to illness, but was a full-go on Thursday and Friday. Richardson is officially listed as probable and is active today according to Larry Hartstein of CBS Sports. Hartstein also reports that defensive tackle Arthur Jones (ankle) will be active for today's game as well.
