Jaguars Injury Report: Blake Bortles, Chris Clemons, Josh Evans

By on 11/23/2014 09:33:00 AM

The Jacksonville Jaguars are facing off with the division leading Indianapolis Colts this week. The Jaguars got some much needed positive news with several key players being listed as probable.  Starting quarterback Blake Bortles is likely to start despite struggling with a left wrist injury. Bortles was a full participant all week and only a game day set back would jeopardize his status.

On the defensive side of the ball, the Jaguars can expect to see defensive-end Chris Clemons and safety Josh Evans on the field Sunday.  Both players were full participants in practice this week and they will be needed to bolster a defense ranked twenty-sixth against the pass.  The Jaguars' defense was torched by the Colts in their first match up this season, but the addition of Clemons and Evans makes the defense the healthiest it's been in recent weeks.
