Lions Injury Report: Reggie Bush, Joique Bell, Calvin Johnson

By on 11/22/2014 02:05:00 PM

Coming off a loss against the league-best Arizona Cardinals, the Detroit Lions are looking to regain some momentum against the New England Patriots. To do it, they'll need some star players to be healthy and produce. Fortunately, they only have one confirmed out for the game.

The confirmed outs, according to the team website, are defensive tackle Nick Fairley and guard Larry Warford. Both have knee injuries and neither practiced all week.

Questionable is running back Reggie Bush with an ankle injury. He was limited in practice all week.

The rest of the injury list is probable. That includes running back Joique Bell (ankle), wide receiver Calvin Johnson (ankle), defensive end Jason Jones (not injury related), tight end Brandon Pettigrew (foot), wide receiver Golden Tate (hip) and tackle LaAdrian Waddle (knee).

Tate was "not listed" at practice Wednesday and Thursday, but was limited Friday. That could be something to watch as he was only targeted twice for two receptions for 41 yards last week. Johnson also did not practice on Wednesday and was limited Thursday and Friday. Not good for the Lions if their top two receivers are both hurting against a team like the Patriots.
