Magic Injury Update: Kyle O'Quinn targeting a return Wednesday against the Warriors

The Orlando Magic fell to the Miami Heat on Saturday by the scored of 99-92. The loss dropped the Magic to 6-9 on the season, fourth in the Southeast Division. Nikola Vucevic lead the Magic with 33 points and 17 rebounds in 33 minutes of action. On the injury front, the Magic were again without Kyle O'Quinn due to an ankle sprain. The good news is that O'Quinn is looking to return against the Warriors on Wednesday.

An update on O'Quinn, as reported by Evan Dunlap of Orlando Pinstriped Post, is that O'Quinn is almost ready to return and is hopeful to play when the Magic host the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night.
"You just wanna be out there. Whatever the outcome is, you always wanna be a part of it."
Channing Frye, a nine-year veteran out of Arizona, has started in O'Quinn's absence and has played well. He's averaging 9.9 points and 5.6 rebounds in 33.1 minutes per game.

O'Quinn, in his third NBA season out of Norfolk State,  averaged 6.2 points and 5.3 rebounds in 69 games last season. In his only game this season, O'Quinn had four points and five assists in 21 minutes. In 127 career games, all with the Magic, O'Quinn has averages of 5.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.
