Hall sustained his knee injury on November 1st, when he crashed into the goal post in a three to two loss to the Vancouver Canucks. An MRI revealed he strained the MCL in his right knee and would be out two-to-four weeks. It is not confirmed whether Hall will slide into a wing spot with his normal partners in crime Jordan Eberle and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, but coach Eakins said that "He'll probably play on a number of lines tonight", according to the Edmonton Oilers twitter account.
Hall has 10 points (six goals, four assists) in 11 games this season, and has been out of action for six games.
