Packers Injury Report: Aaron Rodgers, T.J Lang, Josh Sitton

By on 11/09/2014 08:00:00 AM

The Green Bay Packers take on their NFC North division rivals, the Chicago Bears, on Sunday night at the soon to be frozen Lambeau Field. Their star quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, who tweaked a hamstring in the Packers week eight loss to the New Orleans Saints, was the Packers biggest concern heading into the contest. Fortunately for Rodgers, who is listed as probable according to the Packers official injury report, the Packers faithful and his fantasy owners, Rodgers was a full participant in practice all week and seems poised to take on the Bears again in week 10.

Although Aaron Rodgers seems ready to go, he may have some concerns with his offensive line. Both guards, T.J. Lang (ankle) and Josh Sitton (toe), are listed as questionable. Both Lang and Sitton were limited in practice on Friday after missing practice on both Wednesday and Thursday.

On the defensive side of the ball, safety Morgan Burnett (calf) was downgraded to questionable as Rob Demovsky, who reiterates Lang and Sitton's status, reports on Twitter:
The Packers were expecting Burnett to return coming off his calf injury after a full week of practice, but as the downgrade suggests, he may have re-aggravated the injury.

Rounding out the injury report are defensive end Datone Jones (ankle) and cornerback Sam Shields (knee) who are both listed as probable following a full week of practice.
