Cody Hodgson (center) and Tyler Myers (defenseman) of the Buffalo Sabres missed the team's morning practice skate to prepare for Thursday night's game against the Montreal Canadiens.

Sabres coach Ted Nolan said Hodgson missed practice due to personal reasons while Myers was given another day off to get medical treatment for a lower-body injury which kept him out of Wednesday's game, according to Buffalo News.Nolan said in regards to Myers, "Today’s a good day to get some medical treatment and cross our fingers he’s ready for tomorrow. We’re banking. We’re hoping. Right now it’s probably 50-50."

Buffalo defenceman Josh Gorges and right-winger Cody McCormick were also seen at this morning's skate; Gorges, who has missed five games due to a knee injury had a full practice, while McCormick skated in a non-contact jersey as he is still recovering and going through the concussion protocol after being hit on the head in Washington.

Hodgson has two points (one goal, one assist), Myers has five points (one goal, four assists), Gorges has one point (one assist), and McCormick has three points (three assists) so far this season.
