The Minnesota Timberwolves will be without big men Nikola Pekovic and Ronny Turiaf for tonight's contest at home against the Milwaukee Bucks. Pekovic has not played in a game since spraining his right wrist last week, while Turiaf has been battling a hip injury that he suffered in October.

Turiaf, a 6'10" center out of Gonzaga, has played just 20 minutes total this season in two blowout losses for Minnesota. Meanwhile, Pekovic will be missing his fourth consecutive game after starting the first nine games at center for the Timberwolves. Minnesota will also be without starting backcourt mates Ricky Rubio and Kevin Martin tonight, who both previously suffered long-term injuries.
Gorgui Dieng has filled in admirably for Pekovic at the starting center spot, averaging 9.7 points and nine rebounds per game in the three games Pekovic has missed. The second year player out of Senegal has been a bright spot on an otherwise disappointing 3-9 Timberwolves team, however will transition back to the bench when Pekovic returns.
