According to a tweet sent out by the Montreal Canadiens twitter account, Eller, Weaver, and Allen did not attend practice this morning due to injury and illness. Eller left Friday night's game against the Chicago Blackhawks with an upper-body injury that was later clarified to be a shoulder injury, and coach Michel Therrien reported that Eller was day-to-day. Weaver left Saturday night's game against the Dallas Stars after he took a hit by Stars' forward Ryan Garbutt and stayed off the ice for the rest of the game, as per Sports Injury Update covered by Deidre Matthews. Allen is currently sick with the flu.
It has not been said whether Eller (who only played for six minutes on Saturday night), Weaver, or Allen will be well enough to play Tuesday night's game against the Vancouver Canucks.
Allen has one point (one assist), Weaver has four points (four assists), and Eller has 11 points (seven goals, four assists) so far this season.
