Bj Kissel on Twitter reported what coach Andy Reid had to say:
#Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles has a swollen knee, dealing w/ ankle issue as well, per coach Reid. "He's a bit tender today."His workload in practice may be affected this week as the Chiefs prepare to take on the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. Fantasy owners should cross their fingers that he is able to play at a high level against a Raiders defense that has allowed the fourth most points to opposing running backs. Owners should look to pick up Knile Davis just in case Charles can not play.

His workload at practice should be followed closely throughout the remainder of the week. Charles, like most running backs, gets bumps and bruises on a weekly basis during the grueling 16 game NFL season. It's not time to be concerned at this point, but is definitely worth monitoring.
