According to Bellingham Herald, Jagr suffered from what looked to be a head injury on Tuesday when when he was drilled with a late hit from Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Robert Bortuzzo. Jagr remained on the ice for several minutes before leaving under his own power.
New Jersey Devils president Lou Lamoriello said on Tuesday that "Jagr was sick before the game the other night. He does not have a concussion. He just can't go."
Jagr has 15 points (four goals, 11 assists) so far this season.
