Jennings, who missed four games earlier in the year with an MCL sprain, is dealing with an ankle injury sustained last week against Jacksonville. The good news for Giants fans is that Jennings practiced on Friday, though he was only a limited participant. He did not practice at all on Wednesday and Thursday.
Since returning from the MCL sprain, Jennings has been slow to regain his form, tallying less than 60 yards rushing against both the 49ers and Cowboys. Jennings did better against the Jaguars, with 91 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. If Jennings is unable to go on Sunday, Andre Williams will start against a Titans team that allows a league-worst 141.5 rushing yards per game.
Herzlich has been out since the same week five game when Jennings suffered his MCL injury. The linebacker has missed the last seven games with a concussion and his status as questionable represents an upgrade. He returned to practice for the first time this week since sustaining the concussion.
His defensive teammate Cullen Jenkins is listed as probably and has been a limited participant all week. Jenkins has been out since the Giants loss to Seattle on November 9th with a calf injury.
Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and linebacker Jameel McClain are also probable.
