Multiple reports have designated the injury as a fibula contusion and The Washington Times reports that X-rays were negative:
Redskins notes from @ZacBoyer — X-rays show no broken bones for DeSean Jackson: http://t.co/5TuzcwWqHU pic.twitter.com/sOTYWgA4ueDeSean Jackson was injured early in the game on the sideline when a defender fell into his leg. He missed a few plays with a lower leg contusion as PFT reports, but was able to return. In the fourth quarter Jackson was streaking down the sideline and got tangled up with the defensive back and went down grabbing at his lower leg. He needed the help of a cart to get to the locker room and it sure didn't look good.

Jackson was seen limping when he left the locker room after the game and Tarik El-Bashir of CSN Washington reports he may be seen by team physicians again on Monday depending on how he feels. More information should be known on his outlook going forward over the next couple days.
