The Phoenix Suns enter tonight's game against the Houston Rockets coming off a 118-106 win over the Dallas Mavericks last night. Goran Dragic lead the Suns with 28 points on 10-of-15 shooting from the floor. At 12-8, the Suns sit in third place in the Pacific Division. The Suns continue top play without Isaiah Thomas, who hopes to return tonight against the Rockets, but is iffy with an ankle injury.

As reported at, Thomas has missed the last five games with an ankle injury, and while he was hopeful to play tonight against the rockets, he's status remains up in the air. Thomas appeared to have aggravated his ankle on Thursday and sounds as though he wont be ready for the game.
"It's slowly getting better, but it's not good enough to play. I can't jump off one foot yet. Once that comes back, I'll be able to play."
Should Thomas be unable to go tonight, expect Eric Bledsoe to get the bulk of the minutes at the point with Tyler Ennis as the backup.

Thomas, in his fourth NBA season, is averaging 15.5 points and 4.1 assists per game this season. The 25 year old point guard out of Washington has played for the Kings and Suns and has career averages of 15.4 points and 4.8 assists per game.
