The Golden State Warriors improved to 14-2 on the season following a 104-93 win over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday. Draymond Green lead the Warriors with 20 points on 7-of-13 shooting from the floor. Stephen Curry added 16 points and 10 assists in 28 minutes before exiting the game with an ankle injury. The good news is it appears the injury is minor and Curry probably wont miss any time.

Dan Feldman of reported that Curry left the game with eight minutes remaining. Monte Pool of CSN Bay Area noted that since X-rays were negative, the team believes that Curry will be ready for Tuesday's game against the Magic. Since the Warriors had a big lead at the time of the injury, it appears resting Curry for the remainder of the game was a precaution.

Curry, in his sixth season out of Davidson, is averaging 23.8 points, 7.8 assists and 5.3 rebounds per game this season. He averaged a career-high 24 points in 36.5 minutes per game last season. In 352 career games, all with the Warriors, Curry has averages of 20.4 points and 6.7 assists per game.
